Terms and Conditions
Orders must be confirmed by email.
You should allow up to 4 weeks for orders to be completed.
Prices shown are subject to change depending on your choice of colour, crystal etc. A price will be given on application.
A 20% deposit is payable when you confirm your order, this is non-refundable (unless the item is returned due to damage in transit).
You will be kept up to date on progress of work. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with the colour, style etc please let me know straight away.
Should you require any changes during the making of the order there may be an additional cost. You will be informed of any additonal cost before any work continues
The balance will be payable on completion of the piece. Your order will not be dispatched until payment has cleared.
Returns
Goods damaged in transit must be reported, via email, within 24 hours of receipt. You will receive either a full refund (plus return postage costs) or a replacement. If you are able to, please attach a photograph of the damaged goods.
If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase please contact me, via email, within 24 hours of receipt of the goods and I will do my best to resolve the issue. The 20% deposit is non-refundable in this case and you will be responsible for return postage costs. You must return the item in perfect, re-saleable conditon.
Goods must be returned in the original packaging and within 7 days of receipt.
Please obtain proof of postage for any returns.
